Phase 2: Psycho-Aesthetic Dynamics

In Objects On My Dresser, Phase 2: Psycho-Aesthetics Dynamics Rapoport selected objects and correlated words as a way to explore her self via psychological analysis. This phase draws from extensive discussions with collaborator Winifred De Vos, psychotherapist, about Rapoport’s associations with her own object/word selections, which resulted in idiosyncratic categories (Threading, Masking, Moving, Hand, Chest, and Eye).
